wow St George those are excellent shots, did you go camping or something? Is that up there in the NT ?

Thanks for the comments everyone. Fogg Dam is just over an hours drive from Darwin and really easily accessible.

We were actually there to shoot (and not with a camera) those geese you see that make the photo so good. Fortunately I have never shot a gun before and knew there was no way I was going to be able to hit one of them. I met my own expectations nicely (much to my weak stomached relief).

The place is very tranquil right up until the geese take flight. If you close your eyes then you could be standing on the beaches at Normandy during the first allied landing!

Just a correction, We where at Harrison Dam, The shooting reserve. Fogg Dam is a protected wildlife reserve.

You should add some of the action shots........
