Vista Sync Centre help

I have Vista Ultimate and everytime I stick in a new USB key it tries to sync with the sync centre which is a huge pain in the bum. How can I disable it?

hi gonzo,

1. go to Control Panel
2. select Control panel home on the left side panel
3. Click the network and internet heading
4. Under offline files you can open up the option to turn off the feature.

Computer will most probably want a restart
