New(ish) Piercing

My sister and I each got our tongues done at Vogue Body Piercing 3 weeks ago. Lori (owner of the studio) asked me if she could use it in an advertisement when I went to get it downsized on Friday. She's also going to put it in her folio :) Some people have said the whitish stuff on my tongue looks odd, but it's just natural tongue bacteria that everyone has. I understand that seeing stuff like that close up it doesn't look too pleasant though, but I think if I remove it in Photoshop it might look a little 'fake' :/ Thoughts, comments etc?

I see no problem with the white. Leave it as it is IMHO

You only notice it once it has been mentioned. Trying to fix it would make it look a bit wrong, maybe just a very mild touch up.

Hmm, ok. I might blur/smudge it a little, but that would make it seem odd too as my lips would be in focus but my tongue out of focus.

it looks ok to me :) ! but I suppose magazines 'airbrush' stuff all the time too so it shouldn't look to fake if you touch it up mildly.

looks okay to me scarlet, if you want to try a digital edit I'd probably suggest a hue shift might be the way to go on that area.

leave as is i say... sheesh anyone thinking anything different should look in the mirror and keep their mouth open for a little while and ya will see that same thing occurs... same thing happens if ya burn your mouth with food :s

wow those are cool! both photos and piercing scarlet, I want to get mine done too but I'm afraid of the pain lol
