In order of importance:

Resources/Tutorials:

http://www.devlisting.com/ - heaps of links to other free resources for all things graphic design, e.g. stock images, photoshop tutorials, fonts, templates etc.

85+ Killer Design Resources (http://www.snap2objects.com/2007/06/06/85-killer-resources-every-designer-should-know) - serves the same purpose as the link above, only in journal form.

How to Shoot Well in Low Light Conditions (http://www.dcmag.co.uk/How_to_shoot_well_in_low_l ight_conditions.YffwKOQ.html)

Making Money from your Photographs (http://www.geofflawrence.com/selling_your_photogr aphs.php) - pretty much everything on this guy's website is worth a read if you're a photographer.

High Dynamic Range (http://www.photoshopsupport.com/photoshop-cs3/hdr-high-dynamic-range/index.html) - this is a tutorial on a photoshop technique used to optimize the exposure of all areas of a photo. There's plenty of high dynamic range tutorials around, and I doubt this is the best but you get the idea.
