Error Message:
"The file ExSec32.dll is incompatible with Microsoft Office
Outlook. Install Outlook again"
Found two different methods for two different machines so far.
1. Uninstall KB972363 Via control panel add/remove
if that doesn't work for you try
2. Try using the office repair function under add/remove programs
