AVRIL Lavigne, 24, and Deryck Whibley, 29, have split. Avril is said to have asked Deryck, who she wed three years ago, to move out of their LA mansion after calling time on their relationship.
A source told Us Weekly: "She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on. Divorce papers will be filed any day now." Sum 41 rocker Deryck is apparently "crushed" by Avril's decision, and was keen to work through their problems.
