First, let me say I am a Kitchen Klutz.

However, a butcher passed this recipe onto me for the perfect steak, and it's something even I can do on a regular, and yummy basis, so enjoy :)

Serves 2 humanoids, or 1 Aukiman :D

Requirements:
- 2 steaks or chops
- One Packet of French Onion Soup Mix (Cheap and nasty 30c packets work fine!)
- Some Aluminium Foil
- An Oven (no Microwave option on this one!)
- An oven-friendly baking dish

Hint: I try to get Scotch Fillet cheap on a Sunday night at the supermarket, but suit yourself as to what you use. I've done it with bargain-basement Chops, and was still good :)

1- Preheat oven to, well, hot (I told you I'm a Klutz!). Maybe 100-150 degrees C
2- Lay out two squares of Aluminum Foil (each one big big enough to completely wrap your steak)
3- Sprinkle about a quarter of a the packet of French Onion Soup mix onto the middle of the foil (more oir less depending on taste preference)
4- Place steaks in middle of foil squares
5- Sprinkle rest of Soup Mix onto steaks
6- Wrap steaks tightly in Aluminium Foil
7- Put Steaks into Baking dish (Foil Creases upwards, so no juices drain out)
8- Cook steaks for 40min to an hour maybe depending on your Rare/Medium/Well Done preference (I really have no idea how long, I just judge by yummy smells from the oven)
9- Remove steaks from foil, and place steaks on eating surface (Plates, floor, feeding trough or whatever you normally use)
10- Pour steak juice remaining in foil all over steak
11- Chow down

Best of all, cleanup is a breeze, as little to no mess gets on the baking dish. Gotta' love it :)
