The basic of basics.

Saw this the other day and tried it... came out perfect :drool:

Steam or roast the potatoes, don't boil! (white only... none of those coloured potatoes allowed)

mash till fine

add 300ml of warm pouring cream for every 1kg of spud
add 200g of butter for every 1kg of spud
Salt to taste.

mix all together and.....

perfect mash... so simple yet soooo good. :hithere:

Take it easy on the intake though... high in calories

obj,not much here about potatoes. try the static site. upper left in yellow >preparing, using fruit, potatoes.<there have been only a few spud threads in the last year. i think they are just to time consuming. and the vodka drinkers must be happy using sugar or wheat.i have tried with little success. dndrhead has some good advice. there may only be one or two people here that do potatoes. are you after commercial quality potato vodka? dont like sugar? have you tried wheat? what kind of still? _______________________________________Website I designed for cash advance loans (http://www.paydaytown.com) company.
