I am working on a game idea with a friend of mine, I know a little about make a web page, but nothing about how to write code for a browser based game. If you know anything or would like ot help let me know as I will get my friend to make an account here to get to know you, and you him.

I want to make a browser game because I have a mac and not many games for it as a PC. I think browser games are becoming more popular as time goes on. There is no game I know of like the one we are working on. Like most games you can play for free, but members have a lot more they can do. I will not post any game ideas, and must talk to my friend before we let you into the circle and tell you the ideas we have. But I am looking for someone that can code, or work with flash to help build the game. Thanks.

I am the co-conspirator in this evil scheme. As Skad said, we need people who can code for a browser based game and understand flash, as well as can make the character models. Much of that would be open for discussion.

I have all of the story line for the game planned out, and as it would be an MMO it's not likely to matter much to the player but I still invested quite a bit of time in it, and it has massive impacts on how the game plays at various times/places ;). It's a rather complex storyline, but anyhow I will let people in on the general premises should any of you be interested in assisting us. I've even taken it a step further and got a plot for a second game.

My job deals more with the creative aspects, namely story and its impact with input from Skadica, and Skadica is logistics with input from myself. Should any of you be interested, I am open to your feedback.

I suppose I should close with one final thought. It would NOT be one of those all-too-common MMOs where you have wizards and elves and magical crap everywhere. Much more Sci-Fi, but not the sort where it says "This is this, and it does this, but I won't say how so don't ask." I could never stand that sort of thing. I try to explain everything so you don't feel cheated afterwards, staring blankly at your monitor thinking "WTF?"

If I had time I would. I'm happy to help but I don't get much time away from work.

We are a bit away fro coding for the game, but are looking for someone to help out. I don't get much time away from work either, and I am working on moving and getting another job.
