give this a try it worked for me.

Only diff is i didnt use their key, I used a previous Oem activator (no key) which is avail on Auki's share at work
Just run this ontop with the dell option (install.cmd dell), and so far so good its been a week and I have not been bugged for activation and i even managed to get onto and download updates from MS.
