This is my Grandma's secret recipe loved by all on my mums side of the family! They will kill me for putting it on here! :o
I make these every christmas - you can serve them at room temperature if you like soft gooey sweets or you can keep in the freezer and serve cold (this is how MasterK likes them!)
Ingrediants:
2 cups sweet biscuit crumbs (I crush up Arnotts Milk Arrowroot)
1 cup of coconut
2 tablespoons dark cocoa
1 tin condensed milk
4 tablespoons sweet sherry
200gms pink and white marshmallows
Method:
cut marshmallows into 4 pieces and then mix all ingrediants together in bowl.
Roll small pieces into balls (I make them about 1 1/2cm diameter... meant to be small!) and roll into extra coconut to coat.
Will make about 12 dozen and can be kept in the freezer for ages!! (as long as MasterK doesnt come round & find them.....)
