Fish & Oatmeal
Steel cut oats
Pepper and salt
Fish fillets
Milk or egg (whisked)
Oil or butter for frying
1. Coarsely mill the oats, then add freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste and mix well.
2. Dip the fish fillets into the milk or whisked egg, then press firmly into the seasoned oatmeal.
3. Shallow fry in hot oil.
