Help with cutting out

I have a favour to ask, I found a pic I'd like to use for RA SOTW #9 but I have never done a cutout before, can anyone help me, or give me hints on how to do it myself ?

lol no worries, I dont usually get time to do cutouts, but this last couple of days I seem to have had a bit of time so ill do this one for ya ;)
