Whats a good size for Blue Swimmer crabs in the NT, caught a couple on the weekend but didn't know what eating size was so put them back ...

body is roughly fist size, theyre not big crabs like muddies but they are very tasty, especially as creamy pasta or just with cocktail sauce ;)

lol damnit !! they were that big, I put them back because I thought they were like mudcrab size when adult .

Ahhh I know for next time to keep them, could have had some crab ravioli !
